Highly anticipated by many, the Inter-School Athletics Competition was held on 20th, 25th and 28th November at Wan Chai Sports Ground this year. Blessed with pleasant weather and a chilly breeze, our athletes faced their events head-on in various intense field and track competitions that challenged their resilience and pushed them to their limits.

While our athletes displayed their hard work on the field, our cheering team fervently rooted for them with uplifting chants. It was truly an exhilarating moment when our athletes emerged victorious in numerous races, earning echoes of cheers from the spectators’ stands. At that moment, everyone was united as one as we celebrated the achievements of our athletes, showcasing the true meaning of the Heep Yunn Spirit.

We are proud to note that our Athletics Team made several exceptional breakthroughs and achievements amidst tough competition. Our Athletics Team managed to clinch the overall first runner-up title, with A-grade athletes securing the championship in their category. Remarkably, Leung Ka Yui Kami set new records in the C-grade 100-metre and 200-metre events. Our A-grade 4×100-metre relay team also achieved new heights as they surpassed the previous record.

We would like to extend our utmost gratitude to the coaches, teachers and athletes who put their blood, sweat and tears into prolonged periods of training. Without their collective efforts and dedication, Heep Yunn would not have achieved such astonishing results in the Inter-School Athletics Competition.
