The Mentorship Scheme not only helps students make successful transitions at school but also assists them in realising their full potential with the support of their teacher-mentors. It aims to encourage students to explore opportunities and embrace challenges in both their personal development and career planning.
To support students’ personal development, each student is paired with a teacher-mentor who provides them with guidance in various areas, including personal growth, moral character building, social skills, time management skills, and career counselling. Through genuine interactions, students and their teacher-mentors can develop caring and supportive relationships.
