Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme

One of our Form 6 graduates has achieved outstanding success as a recipient of HKSAR government’s Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES). Juliet Leung went through a strenuous and competitive application process involving essay writing and multiple interviews to become one of just 51 students chosen for the scholarship, which aims to financially support students’ study at prestigious universities overseas. Juliet received her award at a presentation ceremony on August 15 attended by the HKSAR Chief Executive, Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor.
The HKSES scholarship, which amounts up to $250,000 a year, will fund Juliet’s tuition fees for all three years of her study at University College London, where she will study for a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Before she travels to the UK, Juliet will share about her experience and provide advice to this year’s Form 6 cohort applying to study overseas. Heep Yunn would like to congratulate Juliet on her accomplishments and wish her all the best for her future studies.
